Sorrentonline s.c.a.r.l. is a consortium comprising 40 members, all of whom are the owners of hotels, resorts, holiday villages and self-catering apartments. The consortium has created the website www.sorrentonline.com with the aim of simplifying hotel bookings via a proprietary system that enables users to book accommodation directly online by following a few simple steps. All the information concerning hotels and availability is managed directly and exclusively by each individual hotel. Bookings are handled online directly from the website by the hotels themselves without any intermediaries. For this reason Sorrentonline s.c.a.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions, or for any inconveniences that may arise with individual hotels, which assume full responsibility thereof.

2. Privacy
In no event will your personal details be given out to third parties.

3. Credit card
Hotels require your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. This information is only visible to the hotel handling your booking in a protected area. We will not charge your credit card as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.

4. Free service
Our online booking service is completely free of charge. No additional fees will be added to the cost of the reserved accommodation.

5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, please refer to the instructions in the confirmation email you will be sent. If you cancel your booking in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, you will not be charged. If you make a late cancellation or fail to show up, the hotel will charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent of one night’s stay.

Our services are based on information given to us by the hotels, and for this reason the hotels have sole responsibility for the correctness and truthfulness of the information they provide. The hotels may at any time change or amend information about room availability and rates. Sorrentonline s.c.a.r.l. cannot therefore guarantee that all the information is accurate and error-free, or be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies. Before acting on the basis of the supplied information, we recommend you check the accuracy of any information provided.
