Location
The Hotel del Mare is situated in the fishing village of Marina Grande, 15 minutes from Sorrento’s historic old town with buses running frequently. The area was made famous by the Italian film “Pane Amore e …” directed by Dino Riso and starring Sophia Loren and Vittorio De Sica. The Hotel del Mare is within easy reach of Sorrento’s main beaches and the port, where guests can catch the ferry to Capri and Ischia, and the hydrofoil to Naples.
