Location
The Grand Hotel De La Ville is located in a quiet residential area of Sorrento, just a short walk from the town centre and only 50 metres from the Correale Museum and its famous majolica collection, paintings from the Neapolitan school, and fine period clocks. Guests have free access to the private beach at the Grand Hotel Royal, just 150 metres away. Lunch and dinner are served indoors, or alternatively guests can dine “a la carte” at the wonderful “La Magnolia” restaurant situated in the hotel gardens and surrounded by lemon and orange groves. Once a week in summer, local dishes are served at a special Sorrento evening and an exclusive gala dinner. Guests can relax either at the cosy “La Magnolia” bar with views of the gardens, or the “Ibiscus” bar situated on the hotel’s large sun terrace on the top floor.
